These Terms govern your use of the Pixel Juniper Club social casino services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• No cash-out. No real-money prizes. No wagering of real currency.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service.

4) Acceptable use

Do not: (a) violate law or third-party rights; (b) cheat, exploit bugs, automate, scrape, or reverse engineer; (c) disrupt, overload, or bypass security; (d) harass others or post unlawful/objectionable content; (e) buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

5) Virtual items; changes

Virtual items may be granted, purchased, or earned as described in-product and may change over time. We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items or features at any time; you do not own virtual items and they are licensed for use within the Service only.

6) In-app purchases; billing

Optional purchases may be available to obtain virtual items. Prices and taxes/fees (if any) are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by your app store or payment provider; their terms apply. All sales are final except where required by law or the applicable store/provider refund policy.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, software, artwork, and trademarks are owned by Pixel Juniper Club or licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Gameplay outcomes are simulated and not indicative of real-world odds.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXEL JUNIPER CLUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11) Disputes; governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict rules. Any permitted court proceedings will be brought in Delaware courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-product or on the site). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
